Effect of lightcuring duration on color change of nanofiller composite resin on red grape juice immersion

Background: One of the aesthetic issues in use composite resin is color change. The study aims to compare changes nanofiller before and after immersion red grape juice with different curing durations. Method: This involved 18 round resins a diameter 12 mm thickness 2 mm. sample was divided into three groups (n=6); group A cured for 20 seconds, B 30 C 40 seconds. After curing, samples were immersed artificial saliva at 37°C 24 hours being measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer. days final measured. Data analyzed using Way Anova Post Hoc LSD. Result: test showed significance value 0.000, meaning (p < 0.05) it said that there significant difference each followed post hoc LSD on seconds against second get Conclusion: Longer duration can defend discoloration due consumption juice.
